Farmers Markets

City Farm produce is available to everyone. To purchase seasonal, local produce you can visit one of our farm stands, located right on the farm, or visit us at one of the many great Chicago Farmers markets we participate in.

Walk-Up Clybourn Farm Stand

During the summer season anyone can stop by the farm and pick up fresh produce directly from the farmers at our walk-up farm stand.

Logan Square Farmers Market

The Logan Square Farmers Market is located at Logan Boulevard and Milwaukee Avenue during the summer/fall season. City Farm is there every Sunday, 10am – 3pm, from May through October.

Table-to-Farm Compost Service

Now you can participate in our Food-to-Farm Compost program on a household scale! Here’s how it works:

  • Visit the City Farm booth during the Logan Square Farmer’s Market (Sundays 10am – 3pm) to purchase an empty compost bucket with a tight-fitting lid.
  • Fill the bucket with your food waste and bring it back to the market on the following Sunday. We’ll swap it out for a new empty bucket.
  • Feel proud knowing that your food waste is headed to Resource Center to become the rich, glorious compost that feeds farms and gardens all over Chicago, including City Farm!
  • Compost all of your food waste including dairy, oils, and meat. Soiled wax-free paper plates and napkins are acceptable. Absolutely no wax, plastic, or metal.
